Some users have reported problems with installing the game. They would go through the setup process, then, once complete, they would try to play only to have the game try to run the install again. What is the problem?

Well... Email Scrabble .Net is built on the .Net 2.0 framework. It requires this free framework from Microsoft to be installed in order for the game to run. The Email Scrabble .Net installation should automagically detect if you have the framework installed, if not, it starts installing it. Sometimes it doesn't seem to install properly (I'm not sure why this is), and therefore needs to be installed separately before installing Email Scrabble .Net.
