Am having the same prob with no letters on tray when starting new game.  However, I am a current player having no problems starting a new games until I registered with new name and email address to play with another player.  ( It is too complicated to play with 2 or 3 players on one email address because I am unable to tell which turn is from which player in my inobx.)

I thought mayb I had to re download the NET prerequisite but that doesn't make sense since it is still the same computer. Also, the new player I am going to play with has also registered and when starting a new game, also has no letters on tray.

This is a great website and love playing Scrabble here. Thanks for any help.
