Hi Jim,

Sorry your having trouble. It seems the ClickOnce store may have become corrupt. This is the location where the game temporarily stores the program when you are playing your turn. Try the following and let me know how it goes...

1. Uninstall Email Scrabble .Net using the Add/Remove Programs utility in your control panel.

2. Delete the ClickOnce store. Usually found in the following location: (The ClickOnce store is the entire "Apps" folder, just delete it)

[System Drive]\Documents and Settings\[User Name]\Local Settings\Apps

- where -

[System Drive] is the drive where windows is installed. (e.g. "C:\" )

[User Name] is the user name used to login to windows.

3. Click on the "Play" link either on the Email Scrabble .Net website or in your "Turn" email to reinstall the game.

You shouldn't need to reinstall the .NET Framework.

Happy Scrabbling, David
