Word Builder quit working

Hey there person of knowledge...Shinny's word builder quit working. Any ideas why that might have happened?

For anyone who read's this post, emtnest is my mother (the best mother in the whole world) and Shinny is my aunt. What exactly do you mean by "quit working". Has she recently installed any new software or windows updates that may have blocked internet access? Take me through the steps to reproduce the problem.

Ahhh, I just saw this post.... thank you my love... you are the best son a mom could ever want...I love YOU!!! As for the problem, it's been so long I forgot. LOL
